Programme stuck on 98%

This issue can happen on our experiences from time to time, but fear not! There is a solution.

Please log back into your programme, and ensure that every circle in the left menu is ticked. I've attached a sample screenshot to show you what this might look like.

If there is a submission that needs to be reviewed, you'll need to wait for this to be approved in order for the section/lesson to be marked as completed.

If all the sections/lessons are marked complete (i.e. have the tick next to it), mark one of the sections/lessons as incomplete.

This will remove the circle from the relevant section/lesson.

Mark the section/lesson as complete again. This should usually solve the issue.

Occasionally, when there are lots of students completing the programmes at the same time, the system experiences a bit of a glitch. The steps I've shared should help fix it.
