How do students get invited to, and respond to, an opportunity?

You can build a shortlist of students before an opportunity goes live, but invitations can only be sent once it's published.

Once published, invite students from your network directly. They'll see the invitation under their "Open" tab and can accept or reject it — the application link only appears once they've accepted.
