Edited

Participants receive AI-powered coaching and structured feedback, with top solutions presented to employers, leading to in-person opportunities and even direct hires.

A short, real-world, employer-led project allowing students to work through a structured, hands-on challenge based on a genuine business problem, typically over 40 hours, helping students explore careers & strengthen their CV.

Students come away with something concrete to point to in applications and interviews, alongside a realistic feel for a role or industry. They're self-paced, so students can fit them around study or work commitments.
