A student says they can't log in - what should I tell them?

First check they're using the same email address they signed up with, and check the password is correct. If they are unsure, they can reset their password from the login page found here.
If they still can't get in, point them to the "Forgotten password?" link, or contact hello@springpod.com for us to assist them with their issue.
